i feel like forming a select singing club
where someone could strum a guitar
and we could harmonise and make beautiful music
and we'd start out sitting on cardboard boxes
but have a hellofa good time.
then one day after a period of curious wistful glances
we'd get noticed
and people would invite us to do openings for shows and events
but we'd decline cos wed be busy doing gigs for homes, shelters, schools, what not.
and we'd get recognised as a band
we'd be recognised as the band who operates not out of profit,
and go on to champion issues
not just singapore issues
world issues
and we would go overseas to spread music and champion more causes,
until finally,
we can effect some change into this world of ours.
