today morning dad dragged our lazy asses ( = elise's and mine) off the bed to go to telok blangah to check out the Henderson Waves!
and just to let you know how physically exhausted i was after 6 days of manual labour, when dad pulled me up out of bed by my hands, my wrists went
crack,
crack,
crack, and
crack.
obviously i dont have four wrists, so by some spectacular feat of human bone structure, they were able to crack twice in one hand. superr.
anyway,im crapping.
Henderson Waves must really be the most cool bridge in singapore. my pics are much nicer, but since im such a lazy ass i shall borrow from the net.
then we crossed some other kent ridge bridge, which is this metal like expressway criss-crossing through the foliage. its sad when you think about how much vegetation they had to clear just to make the forest "presentable".
and then onto another bridge, which led us to the HortPark!! the place is really spectacular, before you enter the park there's this 5min walk through a veryverynice garden full of horticultural delights.
which means it was teeming with flowers.
which meant that though it was a short walk, we took nearly 20 mins through it examining all the beeyootiful flowers.
argh. actually, pictures describe better than words, but since ive got no pics, deal with it.
basically, what happened, would be the title :)
visit HortPark and Henderson Waves!
