joycie "verbal diarrhoea" han.
i cant BELIEVE the sort of shit my mouth is capable of spewing forth. and my brain actually lets all the sewage flow unobstructed, like a freaking dam whose got its head in freaking gostun mode.
haix. let it go ba. for who are you to me, but a friend i want to make? lynn shared something with me that she thought rather cliched, but eased alot of my doubts.
"people who mind dont matter, and people who matter dont mind."
anyway, yesterday i read finish "the elegance of a hedgehog". what i love about it is how the author make a simple, sweet plot so full of depth and meaning. ok see hor, the female protagonist is Renee, a 54 year old concierge (the story is set in France i think) in a mansionette to 6 freaking-rich families. and she is extremely enlightened and cultured, though she never had an education because her family was poor. now as a concierge, she does all she can to stay low-profile and stick to the status quo of the middle-class masses infront of her wealthy upper-class employers.
i cant really explain it properly, except that there is alot of references to War and Peace and Anna Karenina, which makes me want to try reading it. i say try. :) all the philosophical musings in there makes it a little too deep to understand at times, but strangely enough, it fuses nicely into the subtle plot to make for a very captivating read.
and im quite sure there's about 200 words in there i have never seen before in my life, so its exciting ^^ have you ever read a book where theres about 200 words you dont know about? hahax. ill post a list of them here next time or something. the book came at really good timing; gp paper is in freaking two weeks.
anyhow, just when i really want to post pics blogger collapses again. what did i say about verbal diarrhoea? haix.
photoscape is amazing. :D
