most interesting thing that happened today: went to the bank with my family.
most boring thing that happened today: went to the bank with my family.
my dad wanted to open some DBS account for us, so we went in the afternoon.
spent 2 freaking hours, of which only 10 minutes was used in the actual signing of documents. the other 1hour 50 min was spent jumping from cubicle to cubicle as the overenthusiastic staff kept trying to sell us all sorts of chim sounding packages.
oh, and i had my super-surly-emo-teenager face on so as to not encourage them further. not that they'd care, i think theyre trained to zoom in on adult targets. ie. my mom and dad! but i think they're super pro, like being able to spot all the possible loopholes in the packages. i couldnt spot any of them at all, i was too busy trying to decipher the alien language. so basically all i did for 2 hours was to mope around, looking like i understood everything they were talking about the Schrloeder's package and whatever.
